what is a voltage gauge

With the implementation of National VI emission standard for automobiles in 2020, major loader manufacturers have successively promoted three standard loaders abroad. Today, let's take a look at the use of the National VI loader instrument. It is necessary for us to understand some key matters about the instrument before the loader. First of all, the instrument can start working normally only under the following two conditions: the working voltage of the system is 18 to 36V; The operating temperature of the system is - 30 to 65 ℃.When the above two conditions are met, let's formally explain what is a voltage gauge.

Next, we begin to introduce the functions of vehicle auto gauges. Auto gauges is a high-performance instrument integrating data acquisition and display. It uses a mature automotive microcontroller to process analog signals into digital signals and display them on the instrument interface and display screen. The voltage gauge is used to detect the working voltage of vehicle electrical system in real time, and the display range is 0-40.0. The voltmeter starts working when the instrument is powered on. When the engine is not started, the voltage value is usually about 25V, that is, the voltage of the on-board battery; After the engine is started, the generator charges the battery, and the battery is in floating charge state. At this time, the voltage value is usually about 28V. When the voltage gauge value is lower than 18V or higher than 32V, the LCD will display an alarm. The voltage gauge starts working when the instrument is powered on.

For normal vehicles, the battery voltage should be 12.5V, and the working voltage of the generator after starting should be 14V ± 0.5V; Turn on the ignition switch in the morning. If the voltage is lower than 12V, it may be battery aging, circuit leakage or the vehicle has not been used for a long time. The instantaneous voltage of ignition by turning the key should generally not be lower than 9V. If the voltage is lower than 9V, either the battery needs to be replaced or the battery needs to be charged. It can be known according to the length of time of purchasing the battery (except that it has not been used for a long time). Another case is that the bearing of the starter is worn and the operation is not flexible, resulting in the increase of starting current and the decrease of battery voltage. After startup, if the voltage is lower than 13V, the generator belt may slip, there may be a problem with the generator, or the power load of the whole vehicle is too heavy (try to turn off all consumers). If the voltage is higher than 14.5V or even more than 15V, the generator must be broken and can't automatically adjust the voltage. Turn off the engine quickly! Otherwise, the light person will burn a light bulb, and the serious computer board in the car will be burned out.
