voltage gauge how to wire up

Take apart the main harness at the front of the car and connect all the negative wires together. You should see clearly. The red positive wire is connected to one of the two wires on the lock. The identification method is to connect one at will and check whether there is voltage without opening the key. If there is voltage, connect it to the other one. Just do it!

Find the positive and negative poles of the power supply and the lock wire of the switch. Positive pole refers to the end with higher potential (potential) in the power supply; Negative pole refers to the end with lower potential (potential) in the power supply. So we can find the positive and negative poles with a multimeter. First turn on the DC gear and see if the potential is higher or lower.

Connect the power cord and the switch lock wire. The thick black wire is the negative pole of the battery, and the thick red wire is the positive pole of the battery. There is a thin red wire next to these two wires, which is the lock wire of the switch.

Connect the white learning line. Unplug the reverse line before connecting. If the reverse line has been unplugged, turn the motor forward and unplug the learning line.

There are three main lines of the motor, which are yellow, green and blue. The yellow line is motor phase a, the green line is motor phase B, and the blue line is motor phase C. When installing these three phase lines, you must remember to connect them with the three main lines on the motor. Then install the hall line. The hall line plug is a six hole five wire plug, which consists of black and red positive and negative power lines, and then to three hall lines, which are yellow, green and blue respectively, corresponding to the three main lines of the motor.

In fact, the instrument calculates the speed according to the voltage. Generally, there are only two wires, one connected to the controller and the other connected to the negative pole. The other wires are connected to the front of the vehicle. For example, the left light wire is connected in parallel with the front and rear handles of the left turn light, and so are others.
