fuel level sensor a circuit performance
The fuel tank oil level sensor has two output modes, electrical signal and physical signal. The sensing part of the capacitive oil level sensor is a coaxial container. When the oil enters the container, the capacitance between the sensor shell and the sensing electrode changes. This change is converted by fuel level sensor a circuit and accurately compensated for linearity and temperature, and the 4-20mA standard signal is output to the display instrument.
There is no problem with safety. The fuel level of various vehicle fuel tanks is detected; Industrial liquid detection; Oil quantity detection of construction machinery oil tank; Fuel consumption detection of generator set; Oil quantity detection of oil tank truck.
The automobile oil level sensor a circuit performance (also known as oil level sensor or water level sensor) has high detection accuracy and is easy to install. The length can be adjusted on site. Corrosion and wear resistance; Non contact measurement, safe and reliable; Good seismic performance and impact resistance; Long service life; Multi signal output; Support field adjustment and remote configuration parameters. Based on the principle that the magnetic field generated by the ferrite magnet controls the on-off of the reed contact, the change of the measured liquid level is converted into an electrical signal output and connected with the secondary instrument, so as to detect the liquid level height.
Disassembly method of automobile fuel tank and fuel level sensor:
1) Drain the fuel in the fuel tank by siphon or manual pump.
2) Lift the vehicle from the rear of the vehicle and support it on a support stand.
3) Remove the negative battery cable.
4) Remove the fuel supply pipe and return pipe from the bottom of the vehicle and the exhaust hose from the fuel tank port, and then block the hose port and oil outlet with a clean cloth.
5) Remove the large rubber gasket from the fuel tank outlet.
6) Take out the carpet in the trunk, remove the fuel tank gasket retainer, and then remove the gasket.
7) Disconnect the electrical wire connector of the fuel tank oil level sensor and pull the wire from the wire end.
8) Unscrew the fuel tank retaining nut, slowly lift the fuel tank and pull out the drain hose.
9) Lift up the fuel tank with a certain clearance, and then take it out of the trunk backwards.
10) While removing the fuel tank, loosen the fuel filter at the outlet of the fuel tank supply hose.
11) Clean the oil filter and check it for damage. Replace it if necessary If there is corrosion or leakage in the fuel tank Repair or replace.
