1.Preparations before installation oil temp gauge: Insulation oil treatment After the oil storage tank is transported to the site, the residual oil in the oil tank should be drained first, and then checked, and the oil can be stored after confirming that it is clean to prevent pollution of the insulation. If the quality of the insulating oil is unqualified, it should be treated with a pressure oil filter or a high vacuum oil purifier according to different situations, and can be injected into the transformer after passing the test.

Leak test: carry out the sealing test with air pressure or oil pressure according to the pressure value specified by the manufacturer (if the manufacturer does not specify the test, use the pressure of 0.25MPa for the test), and there should be no leakage for 30 minutes.

Cleaning: Open the upper and lower oil chambers of the radiator, and check the oil chamber and the inside of the radiator pipe. Touch the oil cavity and the inner wall of the heat pipe to see if it is clean. If there is any dirt, it can be cleaned with qualified insulating oil.

Cleaning and leak testing of the oil conservator: 1) Cleaning: The end cover of the capsule oil conservator should be removed for cleaning, and then rinsed with qualified insulating oil. 2) Leak test: The capsule in the capsule type oil conservator should be tested for leak with 0.002MPa air pressure for 30min (the capsule is inflated from the breathing port). The small capsule of the oil level gauge can be directly filled with oil for leak testing (open the small oil tank to check). (3) Cleaning and maintenance of other accessories: All accessories that come into contact with transformer oil must be cleaned, and then rinsed with qualified transformer oil, and there should be no rust.

2.The transformer transported by oil injection, nitrogen discharge and nitrogen filling should replace the gas in the main body with insulating oil. Before the replacement, the residual oil in the oil tank should be drained, the vent hole on the upper part of the transformer body should be opened, and the qualified transformer oil should be injected from the bottom of the transformer to discharge the gas until the insulating oil submerges the iron core.

3.Lifting seat and bushing test (1) CT test (transformation ratio, polarity, volt-ampere characteristics) is attached to the lifting seat, and all the taps are pulled out. (2) Measure the insulation resistance to ground and the tangent value of the dielectric loss angle of the bushing. 3. Body inspection The transformer body inspection of this project adopts the method of entering the transformer through the entrance hole for body inspection (internal inspection). Open the two access holes on the fuel tank, and the internal inspection personnel enter the fuel tank and inspect each item according to the specified internal inspection items and technical requirements. The body heating adopts the hot oil circulation, and the high vacuum oil filter is used to cast 2~3 sets of heaters to control the outlet oil temperature at 60℃~70℃. The above work can only be carried out after confirming that the transformer, oil filter and metal pipelines are reliably grounded at an ambient temperature of 10℃~15℃.
