how to lubricate a speedometer cable
1: It's better to use a thinner oil to add oil to the accelerator cable, such as sewing machine oil. Ordinary engine oil has a high viscosity, which will make the accelerator cable tighter after a period of time.
2: When refueling, you can remove both ends of the throttle cable (this is the best effect. If it is not convenient, you can only remove the throttle handle seat). Fill the throttle cable with oil slowly with a syringe. When the oil flows down, you can pull it up and down repeatedly to fully lubricate the oil. When the oil does not flow down, you can install the throttle cable.
What to do lubricate a speedometer cable:
1.Linear sliders can be divided into three types: roller linear guide, cylindrical linear guide and ball linear guide. They are used to support and guide moving parts to make reciprocating linear motion in a given direction.
2.According to the nature of friction, linear motion guide rail can be divided into sliding friction guide rail, rolling friction guide rail, elastic friction guide rail, fluid friction guide rail and other types.
3.Linear guide is also known as wire rail, slide rail, linear guide rail and linear slide rail. It is used for linear reciprocating motion and can bear a certain torque. It can achieve high-precision linear motion under high load.
4.The operating ambient temperature shall not exceed 80 ℃, and the instantaneous temperature shall not exceed 100 ℃. The sliding block and slide rail may fall down due to their own weight after being skewed. Please be careful.
5.If you knock or drop the slide rail, even if you can't see the damage on the appearance, it may cause the loss of the upper and lower functions. Please be careful. Do not divide the slider by yourself, as foreign matters may enter or affect the assembly accuracy.
6.The linear guide shall be placed in a room with normal temperature. The guide rail should be brushed with some anti rust oil. In order to prevent the evaporation of grease, a film is finally coated on the outside.
7.Don't stack them under, but on one object. The linear guide rail is smooth 1) please scrub the antirust oil first and then inject the smooth oil (grease) for use. 2) Do not mix smooth oils (greases) with different properties.
8. When smooth oil is selected, it will be different due to different device methods. The function of linear guide rail movement is to support and guide moving parts to make reciprocating linear motion in a given direction.
