When refitting, it is necessary to install a tee at the marine engine oil pressure alarm light sensor, install the alarm light sensor and the direct oil gauge pipeline interface at the tee connector, and then install the direct oil gauge at the appropriate position in the cab. The lubricating oil pressure of the main oil passage of the lubrication system when the engine is running. As for the amount of oil in the oil pan, it needs to be measured by the oil dipstick beside the engine. Nowadays, most cars use warning lights instead of marine oil pressure gauges.
When checking the marine pressure of the fuel system, first install the fuel pressure gauge (referred to as the oil pressure gauge) as required; The marine oil pressure gauge can be installed at the fuel pipe joint of the gasoline filter and the fuel inlet joint of the fuel distribution pipe, or connected to any part of the fuel pipe with a tee joint for easy installation and observation. The fuel supply pressure refers to the actual working oil pressure of the fuel system during the idle running of the engine. If the pointer swings violently, the oil pressure may be abnormal. The regulated pressure refers to the difference between the increased oil pressure of the fuel system and the fuel supply pressure after the vacuum pipe of the oil pressure regulator is removed during the idling of the engine. The maximum oil pressure refers to the oil pressure of the fuel system when the engine is idling and the return pipe is clamped, which should be 2-3 times of the fuel supply pressure. The judgment method of fuel supply quantity is as follows: when the engine is running at idle speed, read the fuel supply pressure of the fuel system, then rapidly accelerate to more than 3000r/min, and immediately read the oil pressure value at this time, which should be more than 21kPa higher than the fuel supply pressure. If it is lower than this value, it means that the fuel supply is insufficient.
