massey ferguson fuel level gauge check
How Massey ferguson fuel level gauge check: During the operation of medler reducer, we need to regularly inspect and maintain it, and the oil level inspection is an important step in the maintenance and inspection:
1. Cut off the power supply to prevent electric shock and wait for the reducer to cool down.
2. Remove the oil level plug and check whether the oil is full.
3. Reinstall the oil level plug on the machine.
How to do after checking:
1) The noise of cycloidal reducer is high. If the noise is high and the oil temperature has not changed, it is generally irrelevant. Or check the noise value and call the reducer manufacturer to check whether the noise value is normal;
2) Lubrication problems often lead to heat generation and noise of the reducer. If there is too much lubricating oil, the stirring oil will lose power and cause a large amount of heat generation. If there is too little lubricating oil, the friction will also generate a large amount of heat;
3) The reducer and cycloidal reducer for mixing should generally be installed vertically. In this case, the reducer of small model is generally grease lubricated. Please confirm that the grease injection amount meets the requirements of the manufacturer; Large models are generally forced lubrication, and confirm whether the lubrication pipeline is blocked;
4) Whether the alignment of the reducer and the driven shaft exceeds the required range. If the alignment is not good, the output shaft of the reducer will bear excessive radial force, and in serious cases, a large amount of oil seal and eccentric bearing will be worn, which may also generate a large amount of heat;
5) Eccentric bearing is a weak link in cycloid reducer, and its quality is very important;
6) Reassembly, the accuracy is difficult to ensure;
7) There are problems with the reducer itself, and the machining accuracy is very low, resulting in poor meshing between the curved plate and the pin. The curved plate is the core component of the cycloid reducer. Generally, low-quality manufacturers use wire cutting to process the gear, and there is no special machine tool for gear grinding, or the modified machine tool is used, resulting in low accuracy, causing great noise and generating a lot of heat;
