As for whether the oil supply is smooth or not, a simple external detection method is the differential pressure detection of the oil circuit, and a mechanical capsule type differential pressure switch or an electronic sensor is commonly used. If the delay time is reached, and the oil pressure difference is always lower than the set value within this time period, the output relay will be triggered to disconnect and self-lock, the red LED light will always be on, and the compressor will be shut down for protection. If the oil pressure difference is equal to or exceeds the set value within the delay time, the red LED light will go out, the output relay will remain closed, and the time delay will be reset and cleared.

The differential oil pressure controller can check the scale to know the deviation between the action value and the set value; but the electronic differential oil pressure switch cannot be set and checked. The manufacturer explained that the detection of the electronic differential oil pressure switch is sensitive and accurate. Calibration is of little significance, just focus on whether the oil pressure differential switch can operate normally and stop the compressor for protection.

Installation/maintenance convenience

The installation and maintenance of the oil pressure difference controller are troublesome. The installation process has certain requirements on the cleanliness of the pipeline. When there are many impurities in the pipeline, it is easy to block the nozzle, causing the controller to fail and fail to play a protective role; Close the pipeline valve and isolate the refrigeration pipeline. The electronic oil differential pressure switch is composed of two parts: the mechanical part pressure probe and the electric control part. The pressure probe of the mechanical part is screwed and fixed in the installation hole on one side of the oil pump end cover, and its internal diameter is connected with the high and low pressure sides in the oil pump. The electric control part is screwed and fixed on the end of the pressure probe of the mechanical part, and the electric terminal should face down. Compared with traditional mechanical products of the same type, the electronic oil differential pressure switch does not require a fixed bracket and connects the capillary to the high/low pressure end of the oil pump, which is convenient for installation and reduces the possibility of leakage. The electronic control part is screwed and fastened to the end of the pressure probe of the mechanical part, and it does not directly contact with the oil circuit in the compressor, so it can be installed and disassembled easily and quickly without causing leakage of the compressor.
