oil pressure and water temp gauge set
Oil pressure gauge. The automobile oil pressure gauge can be identified by the indicator light. When the vehicle is running normally, the pressure should be between 0.2-0.5mpa, and not less than 0.1MPa when idling. Low oil pressure will affect the lubrication effect and cause wear; If the pressure is too high, the lubrication conditions will also be affected.
If you use oil too quickly, it is likely to leak oil.The oil pressure gauge is used to indicate the pressure of the engine lubricating oil. The pointer is in the green area in the middle, indicating that the pressure is normal and it can work normally; the pointer points to the red on the right.area, indicating that the pressure is too high; if the pointer points to the white area on the left (or the red area on the left), it indicates that the oil pressure is too low.
When the engine is just started, because the oil temperature has not yet come up, the diesel oil has high viscosity and poor fluidity, and the pointer may point to the red area on the right. In this case, it should be eliminated by allowing the engine to warm up for a few minutes. If it does not return to the green area for a long time, it may be that the lubricating oil passage of the engine is blocked, or the oil grade is wrong. The reason for the low oil pressure may be the wrong grade of oil, poor oil quality, too low viscosity, and high oil temperature; or the engine is approaching the overhaul period; or the oil pump is faulty, and the oil fine filter is blocked, resulting in bypass flow big. The oil pressure gauge introduces the oil in the main lubricating oil passage of the engine into the gauge through the steel pipe, which has nothing to do with the circuit. The 24V power supply connected to the oil pressure gauge is only for the instrument lamp use.
The water temperature gauge actually shows the temperature of the antifreeze, with a range of about 0-130 degrees. After the car starts, the water temperature starts to rise, and it will stabilize after reaching the middle position, and the car can start.
