Use the manual pump or siphon method to drain the oil in the oil tank, remove the negative battery cable, take out the boot carpet, remove the oil tank gasket retainer, unplug the electrical lead connecting wire from the sensor, loosen the nut, pull the oil sensor out of the oil tank upward and backward, replace it with a new sensor, and install it in the reverse order of removal.

The oil pressure control valve is located at the end of the oil return pipe. The oil pressure sensor is also called the oil pressure regulator, which is used to control the oil pressure in the oil circuit, maintain the constant oil supply pressure of the oil injector, and send the excess oil back to the oil tank. The oil pressure sensor is mainly composed of three parts: the pressure tap, the transmission circuit and the electrical output interface. The basic structure of the voltage tap is to sense the pressure change through the strip resistance, at the same time, the resistance change is amplified and converted into the pressure difference through the Wheatstone bridge structure, and then transmitted to the transmission circuit for filtering, amplification and other processing.

The oil pressure sensor detects the change of oil pressure in the oil pipeline. If it is damaged, it cannot detect the oil pressure, and the engine computer cannot adjust the oil pressure according to the working conditions. Therefore, the car will have weak acceleration, and it is difficult to start.

When we need to replacement the oil pressure sensor:
It is easy to turn off when driving at low speed, especially when waiting for traffic lights. At the moment of stalling, the instrument shows no oil pressure. First, connect the special computer VIDA to read the vehicle fault code. Related to the customer's response to the fault phenomenon are: ecm-p008762 oil passage system pressure is too low, and ECM-p008962 oil pressure regulator performance signal comparison fault. Check: the low-pressure fuel pressure is about 500kpa, normal. The high pressure fuel pressure computer reads the data stream at 3500kpa at idle speed, which is normal. Replace the low pressure fuel pressure sensor to solve the problem
