The liquid filled pressure gauge is a mechanical pointer type pressure gauge and case or a mechanical pointer (or rotary dial) type filled liquid pressure gauge and case filled with liquid and damper. (including connector, spring tube, current limiting screw, etc.), gear transmission mechanism, display device (pointer and dial), housing (including case, cover, glass, etc.).

Working principle: the pressure of the measured medium acts on the diaphragm and transfers it to the damping liquid in the surface volume chamber. Based on the principle of capillary channel throttling, the pressure pulsation is restrained by the damper and becomes a stable pressure, which acts on the elastic element to generate displacement and then indicates the measured pressure value. The main feature of the liquid filled pressure gauge is that it has good anti-seismic performance, and has excellent applicability for the pressure measurement of fluid pressure with instantaneous impact and severe pulsation of medium. The viscous damping fluid contains a transmission indicating mechanism, which greatly reduces the vibration interference caused by mechanical vibration when bearing the pressure test of seismic pressure gauge. The structure of the liquid filled pressure gauge is fully sealed, so that it can work normally in harsh environments and conditions such as dust, underwater, high humidity, etc. The anti-seismic pressure gauge is characterized by anti clogging, easy to solidify mud, cement, etc., easy to crystallize, and can measure high viscosity medium.

Principle structure: It consists of capsule diaphragm, damper, elastic element and indicating mechanism. The working principle of the shockproof meter is composed of a gasket, a diaphragm set, a hook spring, a transmission indicating mechanism, a shell, etc. The pulsating pressure of the measured medium acts on the diaphragm group through the seal. The diaphragm group adopts the principle of capillary channel flow limiting to restrain pressure pulsation and become a more stable pressure. Through the mechanism, the pressure is transformed into a concentrated force that acts on the hook spring to deform the hook spring. After being amplified by the transmission mechanism, the rotary table rotates to indicate the average value of the measured pulsating pressure.

Principle related characteristics: good seismic resistance, especially applicable to the measurement of fluid pressure with severe pulsation or instantaneous impact of medium. The transmission indicating mechanism is in viscous damping fluid, which greatly reduces the influence of the mechanical vibration of the instrument environment on its work. Anti blocking function, with umbrella shaped sealing structure, can work in high humidity, dusty and other harsh environments and water. It can be used to measure the medium with high viscosity, easy crystallization and solidification, such as cement and slurry.
