The rear section of the thermostat is connected to the water supply pipe of the water tank, and the front section is connected to the engine water channel. The engine belt drives the water pump to rotate and generate power to achieve water circulation. The advantage of installing on the water supply pipe is that it is convenient for construction, wiring and wiring. The disadvantage is also obvious. Because the sensor is at the rear end of the thermostat, when the thermostat is not opened, the instrument temperature will be slightly lower than the actual temperature, but the difference is not big, that is, two or three degrees. As soon as the thermostat is opened, it is OK to choose a 32mm tee. It feels tight during installation, and does not require sealant at all. Tighten the clamp.

Observe carefully. Tighten the air release screws when the bubbles turn into water columns. Note that the air conditioner heater switch is open at this time, and we need to add more water when the water level in the auxiliary water kettle keeps dropping.

At this time, the s14 engine has a small cycle, and the air in the small cycle has been discharged. Wait for the process of the large cycle to connect the sensor wire. The oil pump 30A fuse connected from the engine compartment fuse box, acc, is powered on. After the self inspection of the instrument, the power is cut off and the ignition is started, and the sensor starts to work. The instrument lights up. During the waiting period, it kept pouring oil. Finally, when the instrument showed 85 degrees, the big cycle began. The thermostat was turned on, the water tank fan was turning, and the level of the auxiliary kettle dropped a little again to continue filling up. So far, the installation of water temperature gauge has been completed.
