1.First, check whether the tractor thread ends are broken or loose. If so, either the tractor water temperature sensor or the instrument is defective. You can unplug the plug of the water temperature sensor and ground the wire of the plug. Open the key to see if the water temperature gauge on the instrument moves. If it works, the water temperature sensor is broken, so don't change the instrument.

2.The power line of the tractor water temp gauge is open circuit, the electric heating coil of the water temperature gauge is burnt out, the electric heating coil of the water temperature gauge sensor is burnt out or the contact is poor. The wiring of the tractor water temperature gauge sensor is poor or open circuited. The voltage regulator supplying stable power to the circuit of the water temperature gauge is damaged.

3.Try whether the warm air is hot. Do you feel the temperature of the upper pipe is the same as that of the lower pipe. It is recommended to check whether there is a thermostat. After confirming that there is no problem, consider the sensor, circuit and water temperature gauge. It should be that the thermostat is broken. The thermostat is always open. The coolant is always in a large circulation. It is better in summer, but it is difficult to get the water temperature up in winter. Generally, you can feel the temperature of the upper and lower water pipes on the vehicle. First start the engine, and then touch the upper and lower water pipes 3 minutes later. If it is a good temperature receiver, the temperature of the upper and lower water pipes are different. Generally, the upper and lower water pipes are hot and cool. When the tractor engine water temperature reaches 90 ℃, the upper and lower water pipes are hot, which proves that the thermostat is good. The thermostat is broken if the temperature of the upper and lower water pipes remains the same after starting the engine. The 4S shop may check the thermostat by boiling the removed thermostat with water. When the thermostat and a thermometer are put together in a container and cooked at 75 ℃, the middle of a common thermostat will be separated. If the thermostat is opened too early or too finished, it will be broken.
