It shall be manufactured according to the drawings and technical documents approved by the specified procedures. The size of the harness shall meet the following requirements.
1.The length of trunk line and protective sleeve shall not be less than 100mm, which is a multiple of 10. For example, 100 mm, 110 mm, 120 mm, etc.
2. The length of branch pipe shall not be less than 30mm.
3. The distance between the contact and the branch point shall not be less than 20 mm.
4. When insulating sleeve is required for the connection between wires and terminals, the length of insulating sleeve shall not be less than 20mm.
5. The limit deviation of the basic size of the wire harness shall meet the requirements of Table 1. When there are no special provisions, the materials and parts used for the harness shall meet the following requirements.
The color of wire shall conform to QC/T414. The joint shall comply with the provisions of QCn29010 and QCn29013. 3 Connectors shall comply with the provisions of QC/T417.1, QC/T417. QC/T417.4 and QC/T417 respectively. Wire shall comply with JB/T8139. The braided wire shall meet the requirements of JB/T6313.1 and JB/T6313.2 respectively.
