how to fix tachometer on car
A cable has been reserved in the odometer case of the practical version, and I found it when I was repairing the CD to check the circuit. There are five lines on the card, red represents the switch line (the display will be turned off when the key is turned off), blue represents the main line of the power supply, which is equivalent to the positive pole of the battery, green is useless, pink represents the signal line (the primary ignition line of the high-voltage package or the cam position sensor, which is the speed signal input line), and the brown wire is equivalent to the negative pole of the battery. The four wires on the tachometer are described in detail in the manual.
However, when the key is at level 1, the display will not light up, which is considered useless. When the key is at level 2, the display will light up together with the instrument panel. If a friend with high requirements wants to light up at level 1, he must re route the line (I don't think it's necessary). The switch line on the display must be connected to the switch line of the car key, so that it will light up at level 1!
By the way, how to disassemble the odometer cover is very simple. There are only three screws. There are two under the steering wheel and one above the steering wheel position. Then slowly remove the housing.
How to fix tachometer on car ? First, take out the screws that fix the instrument. Pull down the screws on both sides of the instrument panel to remove the screws. Then gently pull it in front of you to remove the dashboard! The interface of the tachometer is the one wrapped with white tape. If you are lucky, it will be exposed. Some car joints are deeply hidden behind the fixed bar, so it is necessary to remove the fixed buckle and turn it out. Then remove the cover from the dashboard and gently pry it off! Pull the cable through the gap and connect it. Thread four wires from the gap between the horn and the A-pillar. Although you can't see much gap, you can just thread them in without dismantling the instrument dial and the A-pillar. If it is a multi-functional tachometer with more than 200 yuan, the wires are thick. You can peel off the outer banana skin and thread the thin wires inside one by one. The effect is the same. Then screw it in. It's done!
