install a marine rudder angle indicator
The installation method of rudder angle indicator is as follows:
1. The cab and its four rudder angle meters have the dimming function. The two wing marine rudder angle indicators have their own dimming devices, and the two rudder angle meters' dimming potentiometer in the cab are connected according to the voltage division connection.
2. Before powering on and debugging, remove all the wiring terminals of the marine rudder angle indicator, then measure and confirm the DC24V power line and rudder angle signal line, connect the DV24V power line, and keep the rudder angle signal line temporarily suspended.
3. Use a signal transmitter to verify 6 rudder angle meters.
4. The rudder angle transmitter and signal amplifier have high accuracy and rarely malfunction, and can be directly debugged in the system. The entire system is powered on, the rudder angle of the servo is placed in position, the top cover of the rudder angle transmitter is opened, the three screws fixing the rotating shaft are loosened (do not need to be removed), and the rotating shaft is adjusted to indicate 0 ° on the marine rudder angle gauge.
5. Rotate the rudder to 35 ° on the port side and observe that all six rudder angle gauges should indicate 35 ° on the port side. If there are rudder angle gauges indicating 35 ° on the starboard side, reverse the signal lines of these rudder angle gauges to indicate 35 ° on the port side.
6. Rotate the rudder to 35 ° port and 35 ° starboard, and observe the indications on the six rudder angle gauges. If the average degree is larger than A, turn the rudder angle to position, adjust the trim knob of the rudder angle transmitter range, adjust the rudder angle indicator to 9A/7 on the port side, and then adjust the adjustment knob of the rudder angle transmitter to make the rudder angle indicator in position.
If the average degree is less than A, turn the rudder angle to position, adjust the trim knob of the rudder angle transmitter range, adjust the rudder angle indicator to 9A/7 on the starboard, and then adjust the adjustment knob of the rudder angle transmitter to make the rudder angle indicator in position. Then turn the rudder again to 35 ° port and 35 ° starboard, observe the indications of the six rudder angle gauges, and if there is a significant deviation, repeat the above steps for adjustment.
