Precautions for use of oil charging pressure gauge:

1. The instrument must be vertical: a 17mm wrench shall be used to tighten the instrument during installation. The case shall not be forced to twist. Collision shall be avoided during transportation.

2. The instrument should be used at the ambient temperature of -25~55 ℃.

3. The working environment vibration frequency is <25hz, and the amplitude is not greater than 1mm.

4. The upper part of the case can be sealed in case that the indicated value of the instrument does not return to zero or the indicated value exceeds the tolerance due to high ambient temperature during use.

5. Cut the rubber plug to make the instrument cavity open to the atmosphere.

6. The application range of the instrument shall be between 1/3 and 2/3 of the upper limit.

7. Isolation device shall be added for measuring corrosive medium, medium that may crystallize and medium with high viscosity.

8. The instrument shall be verified frequently (at least once every three months). If any fault is found, it shall be repaired in time.
