The oil pressure gauge with two inductive terminals has three wires, red, blue and black. The red wire is a common wire, the blue wire is the upper limit, and the black wire is the lower limit. During refitting, it is necessary to install a tee at the engine oil pressure alarm light sensor, install the alarm light sensor and the direct sensing oil gauge pipe interface at the tee connector, and then install the direct sensing oil gauge at a suitable location in the cab. The lubricating oil pressure in the main oil passage of the lubricating system when the engine is running. As for the amount of oil in the oil pan, it needs to be measured by the oil dipstick beside the engine. Nowadays, most cars use warning lights instead of oil pressure gauges.
The oil pressure indicator is installed on the instrument panel, and the oil pressure sensor is installed on the engine main oil duct or the primary oil filter, which are connected by wires. Common oil pressure gauges include bimetallic oil pressure gauge, bimetallic oil pressure sensor, electromagnetic oil pressure gauge and resistance oil pressure sensor. The bimetallic oil pressure gauge is widely used.
The indexing numbers and symbols of the pressure gauge dial shall be complete and clear. The dial indexing scale shall be evenly distributed, and the center angle is generally 270 °. The pointer of the pressure gauge shall extend into all indexing lines, and the width of the pointer indicating end shall not be greater than 1/5 of the minimum indexing interval. The distance between the pointer and the dial plane shall be within the range of 1~3mm. If the outer diameter of the case is more than 200mm (including 200mm), the distance between the pointer and the dial plane shall be within the range of 2~4mm. For the pressure gauge with stop pin, the pointer shall be close to the stop pin when there is no pressure or vacuum, and the "shrinkage" shall not exceed the specified allowable error. The pressure gauge housing shall be able to protect the internal parts from pollution. The pressure gauge shall be equipped with a safety hole, which shall be equipped with a dust-proof device.
