types of water level gauge
We have different types of water level gauge , include needle , digital and 7 colors types. Please see below pictures. They just display differently or have different scales or lights, but their functions are the same.
Generally, there is no water level gauge in the water tank. Drivers like to add a water level gauge by themselves . The water filling pot of the water tank has a water level alarm light. As long as the water in the kettle is not less than the minimum level, the water tank will not be short of water. You'd better keep it at the highest mark.
Generally, the water level gauge should be installed at the bottom of the lock water level, but it needs to be installed by hanging in the air. In this way, it is convenient to measure the depth of the water level and is not easy to cause errors. Put the probe of pressure water level gauge and data transmission cable into the bottom of water level logging or measuring container by means of suspension. If there is no silt, place the sensor at the lowest point of the water level. If there is silt, it should be higher than the silt surface, and the water level should be offset accordingly (if the replacement on site is complicated, put the water level gauge into pvc pipes and steel pipes with a diameter greater than the water level gauge, and fix the pipes in the water, and drill several small holes at different heights, so that water can enter the pipe smoothly).
Usually, it is mainly by observing the upper and lower scales of the antifreeze bottle, and the water surface can be kept in the middle. If it is lower than the lower scale, you need to add water. Generally, it is best to replace it once after driving 20000 km. However, we cannot generalize. According to the surrounding environment and the use of vehicles, the water level needs to be checked regularly, and many need not be added. If the water tank is dry without adding water for a long time, the engine may overheat and the cylinder may burst. The water in the car water tank is not water, but anti boiling and anti freezing coolant. Tap water is not allowed, and only a small amount of pure water (mineral water is not allowed) can be added as a last resort. As long as the coolant is filled between the lower line and the upper line, it can not be filled.
