1. Charging ammeter

The charging ammeter of diesel generator set can display the charging current and discharging current of the battery, and can also be used to judge whether the silicon rectifier alternator and regulator have faults. The "+" terminal of the ammeter is generally connected to the "+" terminal of the charging generator or the armature terminal of the regulator, and the "-" terminal is generally connected to the battery terminal of the electromagnetic switch. For a diesel generator set started with a battery, an ammeter of (- 20 -- + 20) specification is generally installed on the instrument panel; For the diesel generator set started with two batteries, an ammeter of (- 30 - + 30) specification is generally installed on the instrument panel.

2. Oil pressure gauge

The oil pressure gauge is used to detect the oil pressure of the main oil passage of the diesel generator set. At present, the electrothermal oil pressure gauge is the most installed on the instrument panel of diesel generator set, which is composed of sensor, information sensing wire and pressure gauge panel. The oil pressure sensor is installed on the cylinder block and connected with the main oil passage of the oil. The pressure gauge panel is installed on the instrument panel. The pressure gauge panel and the sensor are connected with information sensing wires.

3. Oil temperature gauge

The oil thermometer is used to measure the temperature of the oil inside the oil pan of the diesel generator set. The oil thermometer has two types: thermoelectric and resistance. At present, the electrothermal oil thermometer is widely used, which is composed of temperature sensor, dial and sensor wire.

4. Water temperature gauge

The water temperature gauge is used to measure the cooling water temperature of the outlet pipe of the cylinder head of the diesel generator set. Through this table, we can know the maximum and minimum temperature of cooling water during the operation of diesel generator set, so as to make the diesel generator set work at the best temperature. The water temperature gauge assembly is composed of a sensor, a sensing wire and a dial. The sensor is installed on the water outlet pipe of the cylinder head, and the dial is installed on the instrument panel. The two are connected by sensing wires.
