transmission oil temp gauge in truck

There is a water temperature gauge in the middle of the gear symbol on the outside of the automobile instrument: the gearbox temperature warning indicator. Generally, if it lights up, it means that the transmission temperature is high, prompting you to stop the vehicle to prevent the transmission from burning out. The oil temperature in the gearbox is too high, which needs to be pulled aside for heat dissipation. It usually occurs in traffic jams and on mountain roads. If it happens frequently, you should check it

The existing active safety equipment in the general vehicle safety system can ensure the safety and reliability of the vehicle when driving on normal roads and off-road. When the transmission oil temperature reaches 115C, DTC (Diagnostic Trouble Code) will set and store information to help technical analysis. When the transmission oil temperature exceeds 115C, the shift logic of the transmission controller (similar to the electronic lunar brain program) will change. In order to cool down, the shifting logic will increase the locking force on the torque converter and limit the number of slip>when the torque converter slips. Once the temperature drops to 115C or below, the shifting logic will also return to normal.

The transmission oil temperature is usually lower than 135 ℃ when the vehicle is running normally. However, when the vehicle is used excessively, such as an overloaded trailer, or when the 4WD mode is set to snow driving or off-road mode, and the vehicle is driven under the condition of excessive slip of the hydraulic torque converter, the transmission oil temperature may reach 135 ℃. When the transmission oil temperature reaches 135 ℃, the additional transmission oil temperature overheating prompt system will display "Oo135c" (note: "Oo" refers to Oil Overheating ") information and send out a chime to indicate early warning. The purpose of early warning is to actively remind the user to stop and engage the neutral brake and keep the engine at idle speed, so that the liquid circulation is in the cooling mode for rapid cooling until the alarm signal is no longer displayed. This operation will avoid the potential safety hazard due to the continuous increase of oil temperature.
