Marine Capacitive fuel level gauge is based on the principle of capacitance induction. When the height of the measured medium swabbing measuring electrode changes, its capacitance changes. It can convert the changes of various material levels, fuel levels and medium heights into standard current signals and transmit them to the operation control room for centralized display, alarm or automatic control of secondary instruments or computer devices. Its good structure and installation method can be applied to high temperature, high pressure, strong corrosion, easy crystallization, anti blocking, anti freezing and solid powder and granular materials.It can measure the fuel level of strongly corrosive medium, high-temperature medium and sealed container, which has nothing to do with the viscosity, density and working pressure of the medium.

1、 Magnetic flap level gauge

Main principle: the magnetic turnover plate level gauge is also called the magnetic turnover column level gauge. Its structure is mainly based on the principle of buoyancy and magnetic force. The float with magnet (referred to as magnetic float) is designed and produced. The position in the measured medium is affected by buoyancy. The change of fuel level leads to the change of the position of the magnetic float, and the static and magnetic coupling between the magnetic float and the magnetic turnover column (also known as the magnetic turnover plate) leads to the magnetic turnover column to flip at a certain angle (the surface of the magnetic turnover column is coated with different colors), so as to reflect the fuel level in the container.

2、 Magnetic ball level gauge (fuel level switch)

Main principle: the structure of magnetic floating ball fuel level gauge (fuel level switch) is mainly based on the principle of buoyancy and static magnetic field. The position of the measured medium of the floating ball with magnet (referred to as floating ball) is affected by buoyancy, and the change of fuel level leads to the change of the position of magnetic float. The action of the magnet and sensor (magnetic spring switch) in the floating ball changes the number of elements (such as fixed resistance) connected in series into the circuit, and then changes the electrical quantity of the instrument circuit system. That is, the change of magnetic float position causes the change of electrical quantity. The change of electrical quantity is detected to reflect the fuel level in the container.

3、 Explosion proof floating ball fuel level switch

Main principle: explosion proof floating ball fuel level switch, also known as explosion-proof floating ball fuel level controller. fuel level control instrument specially designed and manufactured for use in explosive environment. This product is designed based on buoyancy principle and lever principle. When the fuel level in the container changes, the position of the floating ball will change with the change of fuel level. This displacement of the floating ball will act on the microswitch through the lever, and then the switching signal will be generated by the microswitch.
