Precautions for use
1. Do not refuel until the warning light is on
Because the gasoline pump is in the oil tank and relies on gasoline for heat dissipation and lubrication, too little oil will be detrimental to the normal operation of the oil pump and reduce its service life.
2. It is not recommended to top up when refueling
Because gasoline expands due to heat and volatilizes into gasoline vapor under high temperature in summer, space is needed to accommodate it. If the filling is too full and there is no space, gasoline vapor or even liquid gasoline will enter the carbon canister for storage. When the carbon canister is full, it will escape into the air, which will not only waste but also pollute the environment.
3. Indication deviation
When the battery or gasoline filter element is replaced daily, or even when the vehicle is restarted after being parked overnight, it may be noted that the pointer of the oil gauge is lower than the previous display position, which is considered as a fault. In fact, it is a normal phenomenon, because when the oil pump works, there is a negative pressure in the oil tank, the volume of the corresponding oil tank is reduced, and the oil level is high. In addition, the temperature has a heating effect on the gasoline, so the natural display is high. When the temperature drops and the oil tank is opened, the pressure is released, and the oil level drops. Therefore, the display deviation is a normal phenomenon. However, the deviation generally does not exceed one pointer width.
