oil pressure gauge does not return to zero
Firstly, there is a problem with the oil float. The two replaced parts are not original, so it is recommended to replace them with the original ones.
Secondly, there is a small chip sensor at the top of the oil float, which may be dirty due to poor oil quality and require wiping with an eraser.
Third, after the instrument is removed, use a multimeter+pin to find the line on the instrument corresponding to the oil gauge for detection.
The use of a pressure gauge is as follows:
1. The measuring pressure range of the pressure gauge is recommended to be selected at 1/3-2/3 of the scale of the pressure gauge being measured. Pressure too small or too large is not suitable.
2. Instantaneous pressure (burst pressure) is allowed to exceed 2/3 of the dial range, but cannot exceed the maximum value of the dial.
3. Instantaneous excessive pressure and strong impact force;
4. The pressure gauge is used in an overpressure state.
5. It is thrown or hit by external force;
6. The incorrect installation method caused the dial to twist and the pointer to not return to its original position. Improper selection and failure to use pressure gauge switches. Any of the above reasons can cause the pressure gauge pointer to not return to zero, so please try to operate it in a standardized manner to avoid unnecessary damage and waste.
The calibration method for pressure gauge pointer not returning to zero is generally as follows:
1. First, remove the glass cover of the pressure gauge.
2. Use a needle extractor to gently remove the pressure gauge pointer.
3. Then align the pointer with the zero position and place it back on the indicating shaft of the pressure gauge. Then, gently tap the pointer with a small hammer to fix it on the shaft.
4. Hold the pressure gauge vertically to see if the pointer is in the zero position. If not, repeat the above steps again.
If the oil immersed pressure gauge does not return to zero, how to adjust it?
1. Remove the gauge cover and adjust the adjustment screw to zero according to the manufacturer's instructions.
2. Tighten both the row and bottom of the table firmly to ensure continuous oil flow.
3. Raise and lower the probe by one turn, and use a screwdriver to adjust it to zero point, so that the volume of the probe becomes regular.
4. Place the oil immersed pressure gauge in an oil-free container and let it sit for about 3 hours until the oil temperature in the oil pot reaches the standard, so that the pointer on the dial points to the correct position.
5. Finally, tighten in the appropriate position to avoid damage to the dial.
